Girl Scouts’ Highest Honors
Girls accomplish so much in Girl Scouts! In working to serve others and make the world a better place, Girl Scouts can earn recognitions that signify their many achievements. Three (3) of the highest honors a Girl Scout can receive are the Girl Scout Bronze Award (for Girl Scout Juniors), the Girl Scout Silver Award (for Girl Scout Cadettes), and the Girl Scout Gold Award (for Girl Scout Seniors and Ambassadors). These honors recognize girls who discover, connect and take action in their communities by completing projects to improve their surroundings and help those in need. In the process, Girl Scouts learn leadership, teamwork, organizational skills, project planning, resource management, and the unique personal rewards that come from conducting their own service projects and meeting the challenges that arise.
